A Bag was Found Containing a Mutilated Child. Gabriela Federico a member of 40 Days for Life El Paso found a trash bag Friday night containing the body of a mutilated child. Pro-lifes and Bishop Ochoa requested police allow them to provide a proper burial for the child. However local officials have denied the request. I think we you have to defend the most defenseless among us, the pre-born baby in the womb. This is a horrifying thing that has happened!
