The Chuck Weeks 5K Pro-Life Run/Walk will be held on May 26 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church in Winnfield. Louisiana Right to Life is a recipient of some funds raised by this annual event. The race is held yearly in memory of Chuck Weeks, a young man from Calvin who exemplified drive, dedication and love for his community. In every aspect of life Church strived to be the best and to make the world a better place. His commitment to excellence and motivating others were evident throughout his life. Chuck’s family and friends continue to honor Chuck’s drive and dedication to community by hosting the Pro-Life 5K Run/Walk.
