"The Prayer Group provides crucial spiritual and moral support for the sidewalk counselors, and is essential in our battle "against principalities and powers. "(Eph 6:12) Before a mother is able to physically abort her child, a "spiritual abortion" must take place within her heart. By the time she arrives at the abortion mill, she has already rejected her child. This "spiritual abortion" must be overcome by spiritual means. Only then can the mother change her mind about the physical abortion. The Prayer Group obtains from God the graces needed to reverse the "spiritual abortion," while at the same time the sidewalk counselors are working to prevent the physical abortion of the child.

The prayer vigils are not intended to be a visible public protest or intimidation to persons going into the clinic.  It is purely a peaceful and legal exercise of our First Amendment rights with the sole intention of saving parents and children from abortion. Come for all or part of the time. Keep driveways and sidewalks open to public access. Do not park in clinic parking lots. Stay on public property. The police are aware of our activity and intentions.
